An Inconvenient Truth

Today, my class watched "An Inconvenient Truth". Even though I watched it before, I learnt much more as compared to the last time I watched it. As I was watching the show, I wrote down 7 "Aha!" things about the show. These are the 7 things:

1. In some places, there is a peaceful river, tree frogs, and other animals. But in other parts of the world, global warming is happening.
2. The east side of South America and the west side of Africa once fitted together.
3. In less than 50 years time, the amout of carbon dioxide would rise very high.
4. Hurricane Katrina's temperature, velocity, and moisture increased as it went over warm waters.
5. The hottest year is 2005.
6. Lake Chad, which was once the largest lake in the world,has evaporated into almost nothing.
7. All of us can reduce global warming, but we must just be determined.
